The morning after

"aaaah" I awoke this morning with a light headache to the aroma of insences burning and I looked over to find yumi laying beside me as I stared into her beutiful eyes a sence of peace came over me this was sure to be a good day. "Ah your awake sleepy head" Yumi said to me with a playful expression on her face. "yes I woke up this morning in a slight daze but the events of last night are coming back to me now you truly are beautiful" I replied.

We talked well into the morn with the sent of insence burning and a passion about us unknown to the common person. Then it dawned on me I haven't officially taken Yumi out yet and so I got dressed and grabbed yumi in my arms an told her "I think we should go out today" she replied "but to where?" "you'll see beautiful" and off we went.

we took a hot air balloon ride looking over the landscape as we headed to the lighthouse near nasdaim and off we went to the edge of the plateau looking off into the distance across the ocean and into the sky by this time it was approaching dusk and so we sat there wrappe up in each others arms and watched the sunset.

"This truly is a great day" I said to myself I wish it would never end.

As the sun set and it grew colder Yumi looked to be a bit chilled and so I gave her my jacket and we made our way back to the inn. with her in my arms I felt as though the world finally had some meaning. We arrived at our destination just in time to find that the rogs had invaded yet again.

Again it was only a few but I decided to play it safe and told Yumi to hide near the training machines where the most powerful guards stand post and posted a ranger nearby so that no shadow walker would be able to approach.

Then I summoned my dragon forth and proceeded in the front gates. "This attack is being lead by Dekas I'm sure of it!" I said, sure enough I found Dekas awaiting me with 4 allies at his side he was a formidable opponent but I had a job to do and so I made my way forward.

"stop right there another step and the pretty girl gets it" Dekas said. Once more he had taken shaniqua hostage. I thought to myself "after she had done me so wrong why should I save her?" But the answer was simple despite everything she was surely an Elerd and it was my Duty to Defend the Elerd people and our nation.

"Drop the mace warrior before I do something you'll regret" Said Dekas and so I did as he instructed. I looked at my surroundings and noticed a glint coming from the shadows. Upon closer inspection I realized it was the glint of an assassins sword so I readied myself. I was not alone Certainly this man in the shadows was an ally. "haha I told you I'd be back!" Dekas said not noticing my summon in wait behind the nearby wall "And now I will have my revenge!" Dekas said as he threw Shaniqua down like a piece of trash.

Dekas charged towards me but he did not make it far as he charged the figure appeared out of the shadows it was Etern! with 3 swift blows Etern dropped Dekas into 3 pieces a puddle of blood lay at Eterns feet.

I grabbed my mace no sooner then Etern made his appearance the 4 allies Dekas had brought with him made their charge only to be stunned by the force of my impale. Over the wall came my summon flying with fierce prowess towards the 4 rog invaders. I cracked my mace across one while etern quickly slice another in two my summon fired a volley of blasts into the group and it was done. Once again Nasdaim was saved by the members of DoE.

I quickly regained my stature and thanked Etern for his assistance. As he went to pick shaniqua up off the ground I made my way back to the training machines to Retrieve Yumi. "where was Clown?" I thought to myself "perhaps they had a quarrel?".

As me and Yumi made our way back into town I saw Shaniqua kissing Etern and it made stomache upset, but I proceeded with Yumi to the inn where we lay down to rest that night untill the morrow when I shall have new recruits once more to train at the Academy.
