Gailardia with a quirky grin upon her face handed Bubbles a cookie. Bubbles graciously accepted this gesture and began her conference with the king.
"King of elerd I beseech you, please pull all your remaining troops from our lands. So long as your country continues to amass an army against the republic our Maestros will not stay their hand in attacking your country in retaliation."
"But have the Republic not already begun to assault us we need to defend our country and it's honor oracle I appreciate your coming all the way here however I don't think this can be done!"
"Perhaps I spoke to soon I shall explain the situation further king Uniel if your troops where to return from their positions and be replaced by Guilds, Perhaps the "Defenders of Elerd" the maestro's could not lay blame upon you're country. They would be forced to isolate the struggle to our guilds, and the guilds who control each neosteam supply route would be solely responsible for their own wellbeing and that of those who would help them"
"I understand oracle please allow me to convene with my own oracle for the time being I shall get back to you with my answer soon enough"
Returning to his chambers with the oracle at his side the king convened though I could not make out hat they discussed it seemed to be grim topic indeed. Still waiting with the oracle bubbles at my side my patience was waining and I was just about to take my leave when they returned.
"Oracle you have my word our troops shall be removed from the areas and they will remain occupied by the Defenders of Elerd you realize what this means Romalias?"
"Yes Sire I do I will have to renounce my title as captain of the dragon knights and my position as aid to the king only to be a faction of resistance from here forth"
"Then it shall be done but you will not lose all for as a guild entity and the only one solely responsible for the neosteam supplies you will receive wage as compensation for your work in rope I would not severe you so completely I bid you farewell, you should return and inform the troops of Elerds new position on this war send them home as your last job as commander"
"And what of the oracle king Uniel?"
"I shall see to her safe return myself i have commisioned a eplyn pilot to drop her near Ganendine as soon as possible."
"Then I shall take my leave thank you for your time my gracious king."
As I left the kings chambre a feeling of peace came over me the war would finally stop hitting so close to home though I would not be without a fight. I made my way back to the nearby subway "Back to nasdaim!" I shouted as I boarded the subway the lights began to flicker on and off as the subway made way to nasdaim and I began thinking about what this would mean for my guild would this make us targets for rogwel attacks? with this in mind I dis embarked from the subway in nasdaim to be greeted by the lord there and his daughter shaniqua who had fallen ill.
"Hello Romalias it is good to see you again" The lord spoke
"Well I can't say it hasn't been a while old friend" I replied
"perhaps you would like to accompany me and my daughter to dinner?"
"nay i am on a mission from the king i must get back to rope as soon as possible thank you for the hospitality though."
continuing through the court in nasdaim I felt a breeze brush passed my face it was a warm day and the air was rustling with autumn leaves falling and cherry blossoms floating through the air perhaps the most peaceful day I've had in a long time.
"Back to Rope!" I shouted to the Zeplyn captain "Right away sir."
The zeplyn motor fired off and we took flight into the air making our way back to negotiation i would have to travel from their back to our post in the mountains to relieve the kings troops who remain there.
just as fast as we took off it seemed we where already there and i was eager to relieve the troops who had been waiting for my return making my way up the mountain I could hear the troops chatter echoing off the mountain walls and i knew i was nearly there.
Finally upon the camp i made my way to the center where the great fir was burning to keep the troops warm and i spoke "The king has declared this to be no longer a war zone i have renounced my title as your captain an you are all to return to Elerd post haste only the members of DoE will remain to occupy this region from here forth.
the troops all cheered "Back home to our families so soon yay!" I sat with the remaining members of DoE Sade Valeska CrownedClown Etern Yumi and Shany as the troops gathered their belongings and made their way back dow the mountain path to negotaiation town to catch the zeplyn home.
"So i take it you where succesful in your mission?" Sade asked me
"I was and indeed it is a good day for Elerd maybe even rogwel but the fight will be hard for the us the Defenders of Elerd now we will no longer be directly supported by the king and country."
"I believe we Should rest and decide how to handle this in the morn"
making my way back into the tent i lay down to rest for the night and let a new day come that I may think of what we must do to defend our outposts and how we would mine the neosteam for our king.

Back to Tranquility
Waking the next morning I looked around to find The oracle Bubbles was no longer with me "has she given me the slip?" I asked myself. As I gathered my posture and made my way out into the camp. I could smell something in the air it sure smelled delicious what ever it was.
Now outside the tent I looked around to see the fire I had made the night before was still burning, whats more There stood bubbles over the fire "Good morning young warrior" Bubbles said to me. With a puzzled look on my face I asked "Bubbles what are you doing?" "I thought you might be hungry I'm famished" Bubbles replied.
The aroma I smelled was of the forest crowlers native to the area she had captured one and picked some herbs and leaves from the nearby area to fix a moderate breakfast for the two of us to eat before we ventured on to the refuge.
Sitting to partake of this breakfast I asked Bubbles "Why would you treat me so, I am to be your capture am I not?" Bubbles replied with a smirk on her face "I am an Oracle after all I foretold this coming many days ago, I knew you would come for me and I knew that something had to be done about this raging war, So I decided I would allow myself to succumb to you in an effort to meet with your king"
"And what of my king what would you say upon his majesties grace young Oracle?" I asked with a grim look upon my face "I would ask that he retreat from our territories with his troops and allow the guilds to be factions of resistance. In this way our Maestro can not Entertain an all out attack against Elerd, rather attempt to stomp out the guilds within the region, Namely you the Defenders of Elerd"
"So you would have our king beseech upon me the sole responsibility of maintaining these territories against the might of the rogwel empire?" I asked with a very puzzled tone.
"No Fine warrior if it where only the factions and guilds of province within the territory, your country as a whole could not be held responsible for their actions, and so the Maestro will be forced to use underhanded tactics to retaliate. As such he will likely hire in the assistance of rogwels factions and mercenaries to oppose the might of the elerd factions who currently occupy the area."
"So you propose that the war be singled out between these guilds and factions and left to them, While the countries would be able to lay blame upon no one, averting an all out war between countries and simplifying it into a domestic dispute between parties of each country?"
"Well you catch on fast my young friend." Bubbles replied with a singularly evil grin upon her face.
"And what of the warriors who will come to rescue you in the coming days?" I asked the Oracle.
"The maestros will soon label me as a traitor to the republic they will send no one for I am not well liked amongst the maestros. However upon my return I shall clear my name. I beseech you young warrior please bring me forth to your king that we may set aside our countries differences and put a stop to this bloodshed before more innocent people suffer at the hands of th republic or the kingdom of Elerd."
Pausing for a moment to ponder the events of this morning and contemplating the effects that this war was having upon our nations and the civilian population "I agree Bubbles I shall take you forth so that you may have your audience with the king at my side no one will deny your audience for I hold the most respected rank among the soldiers of our nation and the title of Guild master of Defenders of Elerd."
"I know" replied Bubbles with a cocky sneer upon her face. "She's starting to creep me out with this all knowing stuff" I thought to myself as we sat and finished our breakfast.
Now readied for our march we started out though the end destination had changed we would now have to find ourselves a ride from tranquility back to elerd and eventually to Cerity praha where the King of elerd resides.
The walk was not long we arrived in Tranquility refuge soon enough. Back to where my adventure had initially began with the king ordering me to expand our countries resource Neosteam into rope isle where the Crom reside.
Vice commander Rapner greeted me "You have done well I congratulate you on this accomplishment bringing the oracle back here this is a great deed! Thank you I now bid you farewell, you may return to our outpost in the mountains"
"But Rapner I have a new mission I must now accompany the oracle to an audience with our king" I said with a commanding tone.
Vice commander Rapner asked with a puzzled look and commanding voice"Why would you bring a rogwel Oracle to attend an audience with our king! She should be under close guard untill the rogwel troops arrive to take her back!"
"Do not question me Rapner I have my reasons please summon a zeplyn pilot for our trip back to elerd we will land in nasdaim and take the subway to the castle." I Shouted.
Preparations made we boarded the zeplyn this was the 3rd or fourth time I had been on a zeplyn to or from rope isle in the past weeks the excitement of it was beginning to wear on me. "Wow I can't honestly say I've ever ridden a zeplyn!" The oracle bubbles shouted "Tis becoming a common thing for me" I replied in a solemn Tone.
Having boarded the zeplyn and now in flight to our destination the Oracle got uncomfortably close to me, Placing her hand on my thigh as though there was more to her allowing herself to be my captor then just the reasons she had earlier stated.
"Oh my goodness have we finally arrived!" I asked the pilot with a sigh of releif.
As we dis boarded the zeplyn the Oracle grabbed my arm and huddled up next to me "do not forget your mission young Oracle" I stated in a rigorous and clear tone.
Walking through Nasdaim memories of the days of training here, and of Shaniqua, of all the things that had occurred in the past 2 weeks, remembering the way Dekas attacked our town an how easily he fell, I wondered if I was doing the right thing in allowing the Oracle an audience with the king himself. Perhaps it would have been better to have left her there under the watchful eye of the vice commander.
The Rogwel nation was not known for being a peaceful nation and they where well renowned for using underhanded tactics, Like poisoning an expecting Elerds food or binding them upon a vein of trees and shooting them from afar before running back into the shadows.
"I'm glad it's you I'm with" The oracle said as we boarded the subway. A small grunt slipped out as if to say "yeah me to..."
Aboard the subway their where many people of different guilds and factions all looking at the Oracle with disbelief. They could not understand why a Rog was freely riding upon our subway many looked furious and enraged, Mumbling things like "it's a sad day when Rog scum like her boards our trains no different then Elerd..."
Arriving in Cerity praha we where greeted by the castle guard "Halt rogwel scum you think we would allow you to just march up to our kings throne!" "At ease men, You have nothing to fear of this young elf for I am to accompany her!" I shouted, Stunned the castle guard Shouted "Yes Sir! whatever you say sir!" up the stairs we went still getting alarmed looks from some of the castle guard but no one dared speak about the one who was accompanied by me.
Finally arriving at the kings throne room we where met by the kings personal guard "What is the meaning of this you bring a women of rogwel to an audience with the king!"
"This is no mere Rogwel women, This is the Oracle of the Rogwel Republic and she brings a means of peace between our nations, Though not necessarily our factions in rope isle this could put a stop to the attacks on our civilian populations now step aside!"
Just then the Oracle of Elerd Gailardia whispered in the kings ear and with a booming voice the king shouted "Let them through, or I'll have your heads!" Gailardia with a quirky look upon her face offered Bubbles a cookie Gailardias favorite food. Gailardia would eat cookies well into the night forgetting to eat anything nutritional but somehow managed to maintain her figure and what a figure it was despite the cookie cravings she had.

My mission
The fire was still warm from the night prior I Awoke early the next morning. Trying not to wake Yumi or Sade I quickly got dressed and slipped out of the tent. This mission was an especially dangerous one and I could not chance that any harm come to them. My mission was to infiltrate the rogs base camp and steal their most prized possession the seductive oracle Bubbles.
Mist still rising from the ground as if a shroud of darkness with which I could conceal my presence I made my way to the rogs base camp. The rog guards where asleep on the job this was the perfect opportunity. I could grab the Oracle and be gone without a trace before they ever knew I was there But where would she be hiding she could be in any one of these tents and with no way of knowing I would have to search each one.
Checking the first tent I found a sleeping young God caller who was very attractive , yet I was here on business not pleasure. I needed to find the Oracle so I moved on systematically searching each tent I came across covered in a veil of darkness and shrouded by night I was like a wolf hunting it's prey.
Finally I found the oracle but in my haste to retrieve her it seemed I had woken a young shadow walker before he could yell for reinforcements I stunned him with a blow to the back of the head grabbed the Oracle and ran, The rogs would surely be close on my tail.
Now that I had the oracle I needed to get her back to tranquility refuge where the vice commander could keep a watchful eye on her, And I needed to do it fast or the rogs would surely catch up to me At full speed I ran from The rogs camp to the near by town of "mediation" this was a Crom town so I had to be careful or they would not allow me passage.
As I made my way into town "Halt" one of the crom guards shouted to me. I did not have time for this I continued by as if not hearing the crom Guard and quickly shoved the Oracle into one of the cannons.
Just then the crom guard spoke again "why are you in such haste my friend!" he shouted.
"Me and my young wife here must get back in time for the wedding!" I shouted back as I fired the cannon off Towards negotiation town.
"I see young man then off with you tis a great day when young ones get married!" before he could finish that sentence I had already climbed into the cannon chambre and set the timer "that could have been a disaster!" I thought to myself as I flew through the air Towards negotiation town.
Landing in the safety net in negotiation town just behind the Oracle I had made it just in time the Crom where asking too many questions, I needed to get out of there with the oracle and now.
Grabbing the oracle I told the crom as we rushed through town "We're going to be late for our wedding date we must hurry I'd love to stay and enjoy your hospitality but we really must be going." The oracle dragging behind me trying to get a word in was stunned by how quickly all this was happening.
Having made it through the first 2 check points I was nearly back to tranquility and back in Elerd territory. I could take it easy now surely the rogs would not invade so soon they would have to devise a strategy first!
Setting up camp for the night I asked the oracle about herself surprisingly she spoke to me as though I was an old friend. She told me of her past, the way she had grown up, the way she was raised and of the effects this war was having upon her nation.
"The republic of rogwel is mostly against this war" she said.
"how can that be?"
"The rogwel republic has gone sour she said the people in power are abusing that power to fulfill their own agendas, although we are a democratic society those with money have power and those with power delegate the prosperity of our nation" Hearing these words from the one whom they called oracle I was surprised.
"Do they not appoint a right and just ruler for your nation?" I asked "often times the ruler though voted into office is bought by big corporations who wish only to further line their pockets with wealth." she replied.
Having this chat with the oracle set me at ease some how I did not feel that I would have to chain her it seemed that she was not likely to try to escape and so I made camp.
Setting up the tent the oracle asked me "And why is it you have been commanded to capture me warrior?" I replied "My nation believes you the source of the republics power they believe that without your guidance they would fall."
"And is this what you believe?" the oracle inquired.
"I believe that your nation does not take your opinion seriously enough they would likely be in a better state if they did, As such I think this will have little effect upon them" I replied with a saddened expression upon my face.
"You are right about one thing they do not heed my words as they should, Many times these corporation confuse the situation and lead people to believe war is the best option. Because War gives them a means to sell more products. More war means more production and sales of steam riders, siege weapons and other means of destruction which only serve to line their pockets."
"If the maestros are so unjust why do the people not rise up to oppose them?" I asked the Oracle.
"It is out of Fear, Those who oppose the maestros end up jobless and labeled criminals or worse." the oracle replied
Having finished setting up the tent and stoking the fire to keep us warm through the night I asked the oracle to come rest for we had a long walk in the morning and it would not be an easy march to make restless and weary.
The oracle agreed and made her way into the tent with me where we lain down for the night.

Having finished setting up the tent and stoking the fire to keep us warm through the night I asked the oracle to come rest for we had a long walk in the morning and it would not be an easy march to make restless and weary.
The oracle agreed and made her way into the tent with me where we lain down for the night.

The cadets new orders
The morning has come with a light morning dew seeping in the window and my wounds from the day prior nearly healed I was ready for anything. Waking yumi I told her I was off to the academy to issue the troops their new orders. "then I shall go with you or have you forgotten already I won't let you out of my sight again." Yumi said.
Together we got dressed and prepared for the day ahead there was no rush the sun was only just beginning to rise over the tree line and I was not expected until noon. Headed out the door Yumi expressed her concern about the way I led my life always charging off into battle head first without thinking about the consequences of my actions.
She asked me "what would you have me do if you where to fall in the line of duty" to this I replied "You should do what any other grieving widow would do mourn for your loss and find another lover" now with an awkward silence we walked to the training grounds where the cadets where waiting for me to issue their orders.
Arriving at the training grounds all the cadets lined up in formation and saluted their arriving commander. The cadets looked anxious to carry out their duties as I walked to the front of the line I could see a twinkle of excitement in their eyes.
Reaching my position at the head I spoke out in a loud voice "You have all become warriors and your mission will be hard from here on out however, I have faith that you will complete the tasks I set before you" The cadets all looked up at me waiting for me to give their orders.
"We have established a new outpost in rope isle. Your mission will be to defend this outpost with your lives if necessary. If we lose this resource our neosteam supplies will be rationed back yet again, and we will be forced to cease production on our steamriders" The cadets looked a little bewildered as they had never been to rope isle.
"The Defenders of Elerd will head this mission and lead you to this new outpost where you will remain until further notice please meet up at the zeplyn docks" While the troops made their preparations I called the members of D.o.E. who would be heading up this mission for a briefing.
"I will be traveling out with you to the outpost however I have another mission to see to it is of the highest importance that you keep these troops safe from harm and prevent any rogwel infiltration to this outpost. I cannot give you the details of my current mission I can only say that I will not be far" Valeska,Sade,Shany,CrownedClown,Erikalei and Etern nodded their heads in a display that they understood.
The troops gathered at the docks and it was time to make our way back to rope isle. As we all began bording the zeplyns together. You could hear the clatter of a hundred zeplyns all firing off their engines at once. Soon we took to the sky's in such a great number that the sun itself had been blotted out by a dark cloud looming over Nasdaim and like a flash we where off to rope isle the land of the crom and refuge to those seeking the energy source NeoSteam.
Arriving in Tranquility refuge We disembarked from the zeplyns and made our way to the nearby steam balloons. If we where to get to the outpost unnoticed we would have to travel quietly and the steam balloons offered a much more silent approach then the zeplyns ever could.
Soaring through the air, balloon after balloon all in line flew over the mountainous regions and off to negotiation town. Arriving in negotiation town and waiting for the remaining troops to land their balloons We lined up in formation with me and the other members of DoE at the head.
We had a short march ahead of us but we would get there soon enough.
Everyone having arrived and finding their place in the formation we marched north east we needed to capture the land currently owned by "The Followers of Rupia" A cult derived from rogwel culture bent on the destruction of Elerd. Around the platue then south through the mountains we traveled up the side of a steep slope where the followers had made their home.
Like a thousand beating drums our footstep echoed through the mountainous Trails we where almost there.
"Ready yourselves" I said to the troops. "These beasts are no longer ordinary Rogwel people they have formed a Cult bent on our destruction and we must root out this Evil before we proceed.
With the men ready we charged forward into the nest of the Followers of Rupia And began our assault. Grabbing a spear I taunted a great number of the Rupias finest warriors luring them back into a corner I slaughtered them all with one Fatal swipe of my spear.
Yumi summoned forth her giant saber and unleashed it upon the Rupian guards while Etern went into clarity to find the general The troops met the followers in single armed combat taking them down one by one Valeska with her spear summoned forth an eerie light and halved the attack sped of the entire rupian militia then with 3 fatal strokes lain the entire militia in pieces on the ground.
Etern having found the general quickly disarmed him breaking his blade in two while myself and valeska continued to fight off the followers. CrownedClown took on clarity sneaking up behin the general he pierced his blade right through the generals heart. With this the followers of rupia retreated further back into the sanctuary of their land to defend their leader.
Moving south now cross the bridge we came across another set of guards Shany summing forth her Sabre proclaimed "I will take care of these you should continue forth to the leader!" with that we proceeded into the next chamber only to be met by some form of fierce mutated plants that the Followers had created through their experiments with Neosteam.
"Be on your guard" I said "We don't know what these creatures are capable of" and as I finished that sentence the creatures charged me. An awry glow emanated from their tenticles as I began feeling some what sluggish. They had cast some sort of spell on me.
"Watch out men" I proclaimed "These creatures have some strange ability Be cautious in your attack!" I cast my spell of tough skin upon myself to withstand the attack but it wasn't enough somthing had to be done. Just then Yumi cast her healing magic and sade cured the spell they cast upon me. With my strength back I grabbed my spear and sliced the group in two.
"Let us move on to the leaders chamber" I said, and we moved east across yet another bridge Shany's summon was beginning to fade so we stood fast upon the bridge in wait for our final attack against the rupians. "Don't charge in head first like you always do!" Shany said to me "let us take care of the followers and make our way to the head as a unit!" Clown chimed in. "ok are we ready to move on?" I ask the unit as they make their last preparations for the final attack.
"Yes Sir" I hear in unison from the platoon. "Then let us make our way into the heart of the enemy now!" I yelled out and without a moments notice we charged the Followers of Rupia Clown and Etern going into clarity made their way through the hordes of followers and found their target the leader of the rupia!
While me Shany, Valeska, Yumi and sade slaughtered the leaders guard. The screams of the rupians could be heard echoing off the mountains walls As we forced our way through them severed limbs and blood spread about the floor Etern and Clown waiting for the right opportunity to strike.
"Now!" I shouted to Clown and Etern as we approached the leader and like the fleeting glimpse of a score of lightning through the sky Etern and Clown appeared on each side of the leader slicing her staff in two and shredding her Protective robe. "She is open!" Shouted clown " I can see that and not a bad sight I must say!" I shouted back and with that I plunged my spear deep into the chest of that treacherous wench bringing an end to the Followers of Rupia.
"Ah finished at last." I said with a sigh of relief now we shall make our way to the stairs of eternity where once stood a tower of stairs said to lead to the heavens themselves for there is an abundance of neosteam coming from the very ground in the center of these ruins.
With relief that we had made it through this without one lost life we made our way back to the stairs of eternity to setup camp for the night. "honey how long till the tents setup?" Yumi chimed in as I put up our tent for the night "not long sweetheart we shall be resting our weary heads soon enough" I replied.
Sade and shany where chattering in the background I could make out a few points in their conversation "What does he see in her?" Shany asked Sade "I don't know but I wish he saw it in me" Sade replied. Finishing up my tent for the night Sade came over to me it seemed she had forgot to pack a Tent and she wanted to share mine.
"Not a chance!" yumi chimed in but since this seemed like an innocent enough request to me I granted sades request much to Yumi's dismay. The three of us lay down to rest that nigh Sade spoke up "I'm sorry but I sleep in the nude would you mind assisting me with this skirt Yumi"
Yumi reluctantly made her way over to sade and helped her get out of her tight clothes suddenly Sade grabbed Yumi and kissed her deeply surprised and aroused I jumped out of bed forgetting I had nothing on now standing there exposed in front of both of these women I felt a little embarrassed and began to blush "it's okay honey your welcome to join us if you like." Sade said.
Skeptical of the situation I found myself in I made my way across the tent to where yumi and sade lay completely exposed. Sade grabbed me kissing me passionately enough that Yumi got jealous, Yumi in a retaliatory manner kissed me as if to tempt sade to try and compete, Then Sade Began to run her hands across my skin rubbing me up and down as goosbumps came over my skin it was incredibly arousing. Now yumi massaging my back as I lay there in a heavenly bliss These 2 beautifull women competing for my affection.
To my sences I came rather sudenly and to their dismay I grabbed their hands "We cannot do this now for I have to wake early on the morrow." I said Yumi and Sade both looking at me with a saddend expression in their eyes agreed we should be resting and lain down with me one in each arm and off to sleep we went untill morn.

The Academy and the enemy
It is morning once more and the events of the days passed unfolded in my mind. I thought of the increasing attacks from the rogwel republic, and of the new recruits that would be training under me in the academy soon. It occurred to me that I should launch a real raid for the cadets today, and so I kissed my sweet Yumi grabbed my armor and headed for the door. Academy training was not far off and I had to get going if I was to have them prepared for a real raid against rogwel on this day.
I arrived at the training grounds to find that the recruits today where nearly double that of the days prior and so I spoke "Conjurators lets get these troops ready for a siege" and with that the conjurators began summoning hordes of monsters and back to back I trained with my cadets as the mobs fell in large groups the cadets learned new techniques, and I was growing more confident in this raid as a Defender of Elerd I did not raid often this would be the first in many weeks.
With all of the monster slain an the cadets readied I spoke once more "It is time you find your medal and see the truth of the rogwel republic." The new recruits looked at me with confused expressions on their faces "We will raid against the rogwel republic as part of your training exercises today, This will be an all out attack on the republic so ready yourselves." with that I made my way to the pub and allowed the troops some time to soak in what was going to happen and ensure they are fully prepared.
After a few drinks and a fair lunch at the pub I gathered the members of DoE an informed them of what was about to happen. Together with the members of DoE each group of academy members made a small platoon 7 recruits to 1 DoE. With Excited expressions on their faces the cadets all looked like they where prepared perhaps even excited to be on this mission, After all it is not often you get to fight along side some of the bravest warriors in elerd!
With preparations made and several platoons gathered we made our way to the zepplyns. "Fly low I told the captains, We will land on the beach north of Ganendine" as the zepplyns began to start up the sound of thirty zeplyns all starting there engines in unison only added tension to the already intense situation. "We are off now" the zeplyns raise into the air dropping their weights they fly out of Nasdaim like a flock of birds in formation. Over the seas and into the boundaries of rogwel we where to return the favor the rogwel had given us earlier in ten fold today.
In my zeplyn fourteen new recruits stood with me and Valeska anxiously awaiting our instructions. "What possessed you to make an attack on rogwel now?" Valeska asked me. "I tired of these on going attacks in my own backyard Valeska it is time we hit them in theirs." I said. This was enough for Valeska. My comrades would surely follow me even into the deepest depths of war knowing they may never return.
The zeplyns land without issue just north of ganendine town on the beach it seems we where not spotted "this should be easy" I said to myself as we stepped off the zeplyns. Grouping our troops together and getting them in formation I could see oil stains on the beach and some green sludge all over the mountain sides "The rogwel republic sure don't take care of their land any better then their troops" I said. "It's no wonder they come looking for our lush land!" Said Erikalei. Getting in formation once more took some time but it was time we had since the rogwel nation was not aware of our presence.
"This shall be a night raid my friends under the fall of darkness we shall atk from 3 sides, 10 platoons will approach from the north 10 of you shall be posted to the west inside town and the remaining troops will lay in wait inside the training grounds to the east. We make our atk on the maestro of this land for he is cruel and unruly in his ways" With that the troops all had the plan in mind and we set off.
With no problems we have made our positions and it seems we are prepared I can see a glint to my right and to my left announcing that the troops in the east and in the west are prepared.
Many of the rogwel people are asleep however the inhuman maestro is always awake he stands in the center of town as if begging, No daring some one to attack him. With this I give the order by summoning forth my dragon to fire a flare up into the night sky. Which alerted the other groups we are ready, and We move to the Maestro.
There is little to no opposition as we approach the maestro suddenly we can here the maestro Screaming like a siren "Ganendine Castle is under attack!" again "Ganendine Castle is under attack!" "Someone shut that prick up" I said. Just then Battlesham cast sleep on the maestro and the troops moved closer. Battlesham cast root, stun, slow, on the maestro and the setting was made. Though the maestro stood 20 feet tall and was composed namely of metallic components we where sure to have victory on this day.
The troops all began their assault on the maestro though there blades where only like small scrapes to the maestro enough small scrapes and anything will bleed out. "Ganendine castle under attack" the maestro screeched out once more and still no one came.
"It seems we picked the right time to attack" I said as I started to chuckle. Just then a mass of troops began moving in from the south they had just arrived on the Hot air balloon.
"Make haste" I told the troops "for we are deep in rogwel territory if we do not finish this fast enough we will be flanked from all sides." Then I rushed with erikalei, Shany, and Sade at my side to greet the troops who had just landed.
With one swift impale I stunned the entire group Giving shany and sade time to conjure forth their massive mystical summons. Erikalei cast a mass root spell and Together we held off the force of the rogwel empire for nearly 30 minutes our summons laying waste to those who dared attempt passage. Suddenly a shadow walker appeared out of nowhere giving me a mortal wound. My summon quickly responded with a lightning bolt however the damage had been done I could no longer stand against the onslaught.
With that the maestro had finally fallen to the ranks of cadets and the DoE members, We where ready to move But I was in no condition yet to be running back to the zeplyn, and so while the summons held the remaining forces at bay Shany and Sade quickly tended to my wounds and got me back on my feet. With great appreciation for their assistance I thanked sade, shany and Erikalei one under each arm they assisted me back to the zeplyns and we boarded.
There was an awkward silence as we returned to nasdaim on the zeplyn with shany and sade both looking very concerned at me."Why do you always rush in like that?" sade asked "you could have been killed!" Shany scolded me "Well I could have been killed but I wasn't thanks to you!" I chuckled even though the pain was still great it was good to laugh. The remaining of flight went without incident and we returned to Nasdaim.
As the Cadets all made their way from the zeplyns "You have all certainly earned your medal today!" the cadets looked at me with pride in their eyes "You will all be receiving your new posts and orders on the morrow!" the cadets all cheered. "You have all graduated the academy this day and you are now known as warriors of the dragon!" with that we went back to our beds to rest for this had been a long day.
Shany and sade accompanied me back to the inn to assist me. They appeared to be suprised to find yumi there in wait. "I haven't seen you in months yumi!" shany declared. "I was wondering where you had gotten off to myself" Said sade. Yumi looked shocked to see that I had been badly wounded in the battle that day and rushed over to nurse me.
With a hint of jealousy in her tone shany asked "Well when did this happen how long have you been seeing romalias like this?" Yumi replied "Only but a few days now but romalias completes me". This made shany furious and she replied "Well how can you know this in such a short time!"
Yumi blushed and responded "Romalias is the best lover I've ever had" This made shany blush, Laying me down in bed to rest Shany and sade bid their leave an yumi began to scold me "You had better not come back to me like this again! I don't know if I could bear to lose you! Don't worry me so." I replied "But this is my life the life of a warrior" to this yumi said "Then from now on I shall accompany you on these missions to ensure your safety!" "So be it Goonight my love" I responded, and with a kiss we laid to rest for the coming day.

Grouping our troops together and getting them in formation I could see oil stains on the beach and some green sludge all over the mountain sides "The rogwel republic sure don't take care of their land any better then their troops" I said. "It's no wonder they come looking for our lush land!" Said Erikalei. Getting in formation once more took some time but it was time we had since the rogwel nation was not aware of our presence.
"This shall be a night raid my friends under the fall of darkness we shall atk from 3 sides, 10 platoons will approach from the north 10 of you shall be posted to the west inside town and the remaining troops will lay in wait inside the training grounds to the east. We make our atk on the maestro of this land for he is cruel and unruly in his ways" With that the troops all had the plan in mind and we set off.
With no problems we have made our positions and it seems we are prepared I can see a glint to my right and to my left announcing that the troops in the east and in the west are prepared.
Many of the rogwel people are asleep however the inhuman maestro is always awake he stands in the center of town as if begging, No daring some one to attack him. With this I give the order by summoning forth my dragon to fire a flare up into the night sky. Which alerted the other groups we are ready, and We move to the Maestro.
There is little to no opposition as we approach the maestro suddenly we can here the maestro Screaming like a siren "Ganendine Castle is under attack!" again "Ganendine Castle is under attack!" "Someone shut that prick up" I said. Just then Battlesham cast sleep on the maestro and the troops moved closer. Battlesham cast root, stun, slow, on the maestro and the setting was made. Though the maestro stood 20 feet tall and was composed namely of metallic components we where sure to have victory on this day.
The troops all began their assault on the maestro though there blades where only like small scrapes to the maestro enough small scrapes and anything will bleed out. "Ganendine castle under attack" the maestro screeched out once more and still no one came.
"It seems we picked the right time to attack" I said as I started to chuckle. Just then a mass of troops began moving in from the south they had just arrived on the Hot air balloon.
"Make haste" I told the troops "for we are deep in rogwel territory if we do not finish this fast enough we will be flanked from all sides." Then I rushed with erikalei, Shany, and Sade at my side to greet the troops who had just landed.
With one swift impale I stunned the entire group Giving shany and sade time to conjure forth their massive mystical summons. Erikalei cast a mass root spell and Together we held off the force of the rogwel empire for nearly 30 minutes our summons laying waste to those who dared attempt passage. Suddenly a shadow walker appeared out of nowhere giving me a mortal wound. My summon quickly responded with a lightning bolt however the damage had been done I could no longer stand against the onslaught.
With that the maestro had finally fallen to the ranks of cadets and the DoE members, We where ready to move But I was in no condition yet to be running back to the zeplyn, and so while the summons held the remaining forces at bay Shany and Sade quickly tended to my wounds and got me back on my feet. With great appreciation for their assistance I thanked sade, shany and Erikalei one under each arm they assisted me back to the zeplyns and we boarded.
There was an awkward silence as we returned to nasdaim on the zeplyn with shany and sade both looking very concerned at me."Why do you always rush in like that?" sade asked "you could have been killed!" Shany scolded me "Well I could have been killed but I wasn't thanks to you!" I chuckled even though the pain was still great it was good to laugh. The remaining of flight went without incident and we returned to Nasdaim.
As the Cadets all made their way from the zeplyns "You have all certainly earned your medal today!" the cadets looked at me with pride in their eyes "You will all be receiving your new posts and orders on the morrow!" the cadets all cheered. "You have all graduated the academy this day and you are now known as warriors of the dragon!" with that we went back to our beds to rest for this had been a long day.
Shany and sade accompanied me back to the inn to assist me. They appeared to be suprised to find yumi there in wait. "I haven't seen you in months yumi!" shany declared. "I was wondering where you had gotten off to myself" Said sade. Yumi looked shocked to see that I had been badly wounded in the battle that day and rushed over to nurse me.
With a hint of jealousy in her tone shany asked "Well when did this happen how long have you been seeing romalias like this?" Yumi replied "Only but a few days now but romalias completes me". This made shany furious and she replied "Well how can you know this in such a short time!"
Yumi blushed and responded "Romalias is the best lover I've ever had" This made shany blush, Laying me down in bed to rest Shany and sade bid their leave an yumi began to scold me "You had better not come back to me like this again! I don't know if I could bear to lose you! Don't worry me so." I replied "But this is my life the life of a warrior" to this yumi said "Then from now on I shall accompany you on these missions to ensure your safety!" "So be it Goonight my love" I responded, and with a kiss we laid to rest for the coming day.
The morning after

Then it dawned on me I haven't officially taken Yumi out yet and so I got dressed and grabbed yumi in my arms an told her "I think we should go out today" she replied "but to where?" As the sun set and it grew colder Yumi looked to be a bit chilled and so I gave her my jacket and we made our way back to the inn. with her in my arms I felt as though the world finally had some meaning. We arrived at our destination just in time to find that the rogs had invaded yet again.
Again it was only a few but I decided to play it safe and told Yumi to hide near the training machines where the most powerful guards stand post and posted a ranger nearby so that no shadow walker would be able to approach.
Then I summoned my dragon forth and proceeded in the front gates. "This attack is being lead by Dekas I'm sure of it!" I said, sure enough I found Dekas awaiting me with 4 allies at his side he was a formidable opponent but I had a job to do and so I made my way forward.
"stop right there another step and the pretty girl gets it" Dekas said. Once more he had taken shaniqua hostage. I thought to myself "after she had done me so wrong why should I save her?" But the answer was simple despite everything she was surely an Elerd and it was my Duty to Defend the Elerd people and our nation.

I grabbed my mace no sooner then Etern made his appearance the 4 allies Dekas had brought with him made their charge only to be stunned by the force of my impale. I cracked my mace across one while etern quickly slice another in two my summon fired a volley of blasts into the group and it was done. Once again Nasdaim was saved by the members of DoE.

Aaaah the next day has come and I will finally be taken off the market I think to myself.
"the sun has risen it's time to get up Shaniqua" I said as I reached for my armor.
As i got dressed i noticed an eerie silence I looked around but there was no one there Shaniqua had left in the middle of the night without saying a word. Then I noticed it a note hanging on the door it read "deer romalias allthough I adore you I have met some one else and he has come for me I shall bid you my leave and take of this newfound love please bear me no grudge my darling" I thought to myself bear you no grudge! Furious I clenched my fists "I havn't got time for this I have an assault to get to" I Yelled out. As I headed off to the castle grounds I Caught a glimps of shaniqua and she was with CrownedClown no less. They where huddled up together like a cute couple, Enraged I continued to the castle training grounds.
Once I arrived the conjurators had allready been in place and ready for the days assault and so I commanded the conjurators to summon monsters like they wanted to kill the cadets. They asked me "why would you have us do such a thing master?" I replied "Just do it damnit" and so the assault began with monsters arm to arm for as far as the eye could see.
Except the cadets weren't training this day As I looked out over the scores of mobs I reached across one of the conjurators and picked up a spear that had been laying there rushing into the swarm of monsters I Furiously struck them down in four by fours the mobs fell to the strong blows of my spear. As I rushed through them I could smell the blood in the air This only made me more crazed and blood thirsty, I continued deeper into the swarm until you could no longer see any part of my body. Thrusting and swinging my spear around like a madman I continued to kill monster after monster for the rest of the day until the only thing left was the thousands of corpses I had left lay in the court and one blood stained warrior me.
Wiping the blood and the sweat from my brow I decided never to let another women close to me again. The cadets all looked at me with awe in their eyes as they saw what I had done. They watched the whole thing the thousands of monsters I had killed in my rage lay before their very eyes. I spoke to one of the conjurators "clean this mess up and then summon some more monsters, we can't let me have all the fun now can we!" no sooner then I finished that sentence they had allready begun to desummon the foul beasts and prepare another assault for the cadets.
Once more the conjurators began to summon monsters and this time the cadets fought them furiously with near the same thirst for blood I had shown earlier they took the monsters down with ease they where prepared this time. After the last assault they all had gone to get new equipment issued to them and they had trained for the coming assault. "Well done my comrades!" I said "I believe you may be prepared now for the upcoming war!" and with that I issued the recruits their new orders and sent them off to their defense posts to check in with their new commanders.
The day is done and I am weary I shall now take my leave and return to my bed chambers alone once more. As I made my way back to the inn I was approachd by Yumi-chan a comrade who had more then once healed my wounds and saved me from the gates of hell. We talked about what had happenend, Yumi told me that Shaniqua wasn't worthy and that I was far to great a warrior and man to be held back with a women like her. Then she asked me to accompany her to the pub and show her around this town as she was of taxazn nationality and had never been here before, And so I did I showed her the training grounds where I train the cadets into warriors and even the inn that I was staying at then we went on to the pub for a drink.
At the pub I asked for the hardest thing they had to drink my sorrows away with and Yumi massaged my neck as I drank down every last drop I could get. Then we danced well into the night the next day was my day off so I didn't mind being up late with a beautiful women and freind. As we danced Yumi confessed that she had always had a passion for me and that she just couldn't bring herself to admit it before.
Though I had vowed never to open my heart again I became like puddy in the hands of this very attractive young lady. Soon maybe even before I realized it we had ended up back at my room with the lights dim and some romantic music playing in the background.
"Now a sweet young lady like yourself wouldn't be trying to seduce this bloodthirsty war torn warrior would you?" I asked, Yumi responded "thats exactly what I'm trying to do you now come to bed" And with that we made love for hours and hours before I went off to sleep.

Retreating back up the ramp I summoned my ferocious pet dragon to finish the other 3, The dragon furiously shot off thunder balls at all 3 rogwel members and it was done.
So easy I thought to myself but little did I know that a lone shadow walker had slipped by me and taken hostage my beloved shaniqua. The shadow walker Dekas said to me "Through down your weapon and call off that damned summon!" As I threw down my mace and sent away my dragon I was shocked how could he have gotten by me! The shadow walker said to me "i'm not here for this sh!t I'm only here for the minister I have no quarrel with you so stay out of my way!" In disbelief I stood there as he let my Shaniqua go and watched as he approached our minister there was nothing I could do if I moved he would surely kill her! suddenly out of nowhere a shadowy figure appeared it was CrownedClown! It seems he heard the sirens and came to help hiding in the shadows he motioned me to get shaniqua to a safe place.
I grabbed shaniqua in my arms and no sooner then I had her Crowned clown burst from the shadows and assasinated the assasin! Dekas laying there poisoned and near death said these words "I will not forget this they will come and revive me I shall return to get my revenge....." and that was it this disaster had been overted. I thanked CrownedClown for had he not been there our minister surely would have been slain by the hands of the rogwel invaders.
More where to come and I had to prepare my academy recruits. I rushed to the training grounds we needed to have an assault to train the academy members and soon.
I spoke with the guild masters there and had them call the conjurators and recruits to the training grounds "it's time" I said "for you all to become men and warriors" and with that the conjurators summoned forth a swarm of monsters to be reconed with.
Many of the recruits did not know what to do. They all held inferior armors and weapons and many where beaten and battered before the end of the assault, but they all learned well from that assault and returned stronger then when they came.
Feeling well that my duties had been fulfilled for the day I returned to the lords humble home to retreive Shaniqua and make her my wife. I knocked on the door and requested from the lord his daughters hand in marriage and he granted my request without the blink of an eye he knew he could no longer be responsible for the young girl who he had taken in so long ago.
"shaniqua" I called out "Great news! We are to be wed on the morrow!" I said to her.
She replied "But so soon and my father has agreed?" I responded "yes!" an with that we left for the inn too sleep and contemplate on the days events.

The Return
As we have traveled across the land of rope isle and conquered many foes we have learned of a new core based device known as a death shadow. This core seems to be able to drain the life force of any creature in an instant by as much as twenty percent. This will help us greatly in our pursuit of a way to defeat satan and eventually destroy the rogwels stronghold in this territory.
Amongst this new discovery The god of war Aries himself has promised us new technoligy and new techniques to use in our war with the rogwel republic, however there seems to be somthing delaying this new technology in the mean time we pursue more allies. In our pursuit of these allies we have met one young assasin named Iryl she is young and inexperienced yet she will learn of our ways and strengthen our alliance with the taxn republic.
I have been promoted to captain of the Elerd squadron and will now take my leave of my company and return to Elerd, I must train new Youth to wage this war against rogwel and return dignity to our nation.
On the zepplyn ride back to nasdaim I had much time to think and I realize now that if we are to defeat rogwel we will need a great many allies and a strong force to be recond with I take my duties as captain Very seriously and I will do what is necessary to bring these cadets into the forefront of our assault.
As I neared nasdaim I fealt a deep fealing of anxiety as I was soon to meet the lord of nasdaim.
Upon my arrival at nasdaim the lord there greeted me with open arms and hospitality abound I was releaved to see that I would not be unwelcome here.
We spoke for a while and then the lord of nasdaim said to me "What is it you think you will be able to do here?" I responded "I hope to train our cadets properly and ensure our eventual success" the lord nodded his head slightly then asked me to come and dine with him that night.
We went back to his place and we where greeted by the most beautiful looking young elf I had ever met feelings of unrest pitted in my stomache I entered the humble home of the lord and his daughter and we soon sat down to dinner. The lord had prepared a feast in celebration of my arrival and his daughter seemed happy to see me as well. sitting at the dinner table contemplating my lack of a wife I eagerly ask the lords young daughter her name "shaniqua" she said. and we sat in silence for a while then I complemented Shaniqua on her cooking and bid my leave.
As I walked back to the inn where there was a room prepared for me I turned around and looked to find Shaniqua had been following me, It seems she was very intrigued by me. I thought to myself perhaps this is the one? and turned around to greet her.
Shaniqua was slightly embarassed to have been caught following me, but she soon got over it and we went to the pub for a little drink. Shaniqua told me stories about her past, about how she had been abandoned there in nasdaim many years ago, and how the good lord there had taken her in and as the night went on I grew weary and so I attempted to bid my leave once more. but shaniqua was determind to return with me and so we went back to the inn hand in hand uner the starry night sky and I laid down for a rest.
As I lay there before my eyes shaniqua had gotten undressed and climed into the bed with me laying her hed on my chest we lay there contemplating the days ahead and hoping that the rogwel federation would not attack us any time soon.

Amongst this new discovery The god of war Aries himself has promised us new technoligy and new techniques to use in our war with the rogwel republic, however there seems to be somthing delaying this new technology in the mean time we pursue more allies. In our pursuit of these allies we have met one young assasin named Iryl she is young and inexperienced yet she will learn of our ways and strengthen our alliance with the taxn republic.
I have been promoted to captain of the Elerd squadron and will now take my leave of my company and return to Elerd, I must train new Youth to wage this war against rogwel and return dignity to our nation.
On the zepplyn ride back to nasdaim I had much time to think and I realize now that if we are to defeat rogwel we will need a great many allies and a strong force to be recond with I take my duties as captain Very seriously and I will do what is necessary to bring these cadets into the forefront of our assault.
As I neared nasdaim I fealt a deep fealing of anxiety as I was soon to meet the lord of nasdaim.
Upon my arrival at nasdaim the lord there greeted me with open arms and hospitality abound I was releaved to see that I would not be unwelcome here.
We spoke for a while and then the lord of nasdaim said to me "What is it you think you will be able to do here?" I responded "I hope to train our cadets properly and ensure our eventual success" the lord nodded his head slightly then asked me to come and dine with him that night.
We went back to his place and we where greeted by the most beautiful looking young elf I had ever met feelings of unrest pitted in my stomache I entered the humble home of the lord and his daughter and we soon sat down to dinner. The lord had prepared a feast in celebration of my arrival and his daughter seemed happy to see me as well. sitting at the dinner table contemplating my lack of a wife I eagerly ask the lords young daughter her name "shaniqua" she said. and we sat in silence for a while then I complemented Shaniqua on her cooking and bid my leave.
As I walked back to the inn where there was a room prepared for me I turned around and looked to find Shaniqua had been following me, It seems she was very intrigued by me. I thought to myself perhaps this is the one? and turned around to greet her.
Shaniqua was slightly embarassed to have been caught following me, but she soon got over it and we went to the pub for a little drink. I entered rope isle only but a few weeks ago, but the crom have already arranged my citizenship.
They are a kind people relying heavily on machines to do miscellaneous tasks for them.
Though they will not often talk to strangers they have the ability to summon creatures from the depths of the darkest corners of Rope isle and often use these to train newcomers like myself on.
I entered this land as a newborn would come from the womb of it's still breathing mother and yet to the crom I am now a man still feeling vaugly unsatisfied with the rogwel nations appalling misuse of their powers, I cannot help but fight on even though this is not the crom way.
I have slain more beasts in these past few weeks then most would in a lifetime and yet I still feel the urge to shed blood, The croms will not allow war within the boundaries of their cities and I respect that so I wage my war against rogwel outside often alone.
This wonderful new place seems to be bursting at the seems with the energy source My country needs this neosteam, and I'm doing my best to secure as much of it as possible.
The "Defenders of Elerd" will continue to defend our nation in the years to come and expand our resources yet I still feel that the rogwel rebublic is gaining in power while our nation is whaining and dwindling away day by day more followers of the dragon leave the prosperity of our nation to join other ranks and we lose battle after battle yet we fight on.
"This war may never end" I have told myself "I should have stayed a squire to the king" and yet here I am a blood soaked warrior on the forefront of battle with my colleagues Valeska, CrownedClown, Yumi-Chan, Sade, and Shany. We fight valiently for the prosperity of our nation but our spirits are waining we need more power. So many have allready left our ranks and yet more still will leave in the years to come the rogwels nation grows in power at this very instant.
I look to my right and I say to my freinds "we shall triumph today let your spirit not wain in the rage of war for we are glorius knights of the Dragon!" and we rush forth to our calling.
The rogwels have invaded our territory once again it seems Devilicious has some new power which allows him to summon forth his entire militia at any time!
CrownedClown says to us "we must not faulter we have to kill the leader of this rebellion Devilicious or we will surely fail" as he takes on clarity.
Hidden away in the distance we have a new ally we had not yet known, as CrownedClown set forth to destroy the leader. From the darkness this new face appeared, it was the legendary assasin Etern!
Together Etern and crownedclown ambushed Devil from both sides, beaten and bloody they where victorious! I rushed forth and quickly laid to rest the remaining members who would fight against us, but was not alone Valeska took 2 members of rogwel out in 1 swipe saying how weak the followers of rogwel are. I stunned another 4 with the shockwave from my impale.
Shany and sade healed Etern and clown. My mace cracked against skull after skull as we rushed through this battle untill there was only 1 left.
1 member of rogwel yet remained beaten and battered we captured him to ask about the plans of the rogwel republic.
He told us that the rogwel had been planning to take this territory as their own for some time and explained that we where only pawns in a game of chess, That soon they would summon the great demon Satan himself upon us and out of nowhere like a lightning bolt Satan was upon us.
"Retreat!" I yelled and we fell back to the crom town nearby known as conviction.
"so here we are" I said "but what do we do now?" crown asked me.
I thought long and hard and I responded "We must recruit more allies and gain in strength before we can match this new threat" And so we travel now to new places looking for strong allies to accompany us and new techniques to help us in our war I will not rest easy tonight knowing that the republic of rogwel is still knocking on our door ready to take yet another peice of land from us.
